What a turnkey interior includes
Turnkey, at this studio, means one scope: the drawing, the materials, the furniture, and the installation, handed over ready to use.
Turnkey is a word that gets used loosely. At Shree Rajaganapathy Interiors it means the drawing and the building stay with one studio. The client is not left to find a separate carpenter after the layout is approved.
The scope is agreed before work starts. For a home that can be the kitchen, the rooms, and the loose furniture made for those rooms. For a store or an office it is the fit-out that has to open or to be worked in.
Measurement comes first, in Hosur or on the site the brief names. Materials are specified with the drawing, so finishes are not chosen in a rush at the end.
Handover is the test. A home should be livable, a store should be able to trade, and an office should be ready for the people who use it. That has been the studio’s sequence since 2011.
